How long does it take?
Usually 1–2 weeks from order to your door. Yes, longer than Amazon. We're a small thing making derps and sending them out — the wait is part of the vibe.
When do I get a tracking number?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your derp ships. Usually around the 5–10 day mark from when you ordered.

How much is shipping?
Standard rates calculated at checkout based on your address. No surprise fees later — what you see is what you pay.
Returns & exchanges
Each derp is made to order, so all sales are final. Use the size chart on each product page and pick smart — size up if you're between sizes. If yours shows up damaged or wrong, that's on us — email within 7 days and we'll fix it.
What if mine arrives damaged or wrong?
That's on us. Email within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement. No drama.
